You are purchasing four, 1-hour coaching sessions with Phoenix Normand. Each session will last approximately 60-75 minutes at a mutually agreed-upon time to be confirmed by separate email, text, or phone call. Reschedules within a 12-hour period will incur a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee, payable prior to the rescheduled session by separate invoice.

These sessions will last for approximately 60 minutes and must be completed within 2 months of purchase as to ensure consistency and accountability. Sessions will be conducted at a mutually agreed-upon time to be confirmed by separate email, text or phone call. Time is scarce and valuable so there is a strict no-refund policy for cancellations within 12 hours of the agreed-upon timing of the session. A session can be rescheduled once as a courtesy. Each additional reschedule will result in a forfeiture of the missed session or an additional fee of $50 for reschedule at the discretion of Phoenix Normand.
