As such, I am able to understand the unique needs and expectations of Executive Assistants and CEOs and can quickly identify and remedy gaps in communication, working styles, and whether or not an EA/Exec partnership will or won’t work. From there I help create seamless processes, communication cadence, and goals clarity and execution expectations. Additionally, highly communicative, aligned, and effective EA Teams are the “secret sauce” of most businesses. Effective EA teams allow Execs time, intention, and headspace to manage effectively, stay in the loop, and ideate on the things that help grow and scale the business or its products. Preparing to launch and run your first business is a process that makes you an incredible individual contributor should your business begin as a “side hustle.” Often, the side hustle provides a backup plan in a tenuous market and could eventually become a primary source of income once it’s profitable and viable as a stand-alone business.
